Can customers save favourite items and orders?
There are several ways that customers can save favourite items and orders:
- they can use the Favourites button on the navigation bar to select items they have previously saved as favourites, and then simply enter quantities against those items to add them to an order – see "Favourites"
- they can select an order they have previously placed and copy it to create the same order again – see "Copying Orders"
- they can save templates for repeat orders – see "Saving and Using Order Templates".
In each case, they can change quantities, delete items and add new ones.
